Faria Mechanical Web Site Redesign

OLD SITE
In March 2010, Faria Mechnical of Coquitlam BC came to Ancell Marketing requesting an update to their old website design. Their earlier web site on the left was dark, gray, images were large and there was not enough copywriting to really help people understand the abundance of plumbing and mechanical services that they provide. They have a great logo design and an amazing picture of one of their service vehicles which we were able to utilize for their new website. After a careful analysis of their needs Ancell Marketing came up with a success strategy to help Faria Mechanical increase their online presence in the Vancouver Lower Mainland.

NEW SITE
Ancell Marketing redesigned the web site from the ground up ensuring that it included key elements necessary for successful search engine rankings. We also categorized their services into two sections making it easy for the visitor to figure out exactly what Faria Mechnical is capable of. In addition to including a previously filmed commercial video of Faria in action, we also used photos and descriptions of their various projects in a simple layout to showcase the variety.

Business Growth & Financing

Potential customer writes comments below. What does the audience think this person should do?

For the past 30 years I have been a contract producer of specialty fiberglass molds to other businesses. I do have a lot of my own molds for specialty parts and others which I sell to the general public but that is a small part of what I do.

I have had up to 5 employees at times. We moved into our new facility a couple of years ago from a shop ¼ the size and less equipment. At the time my customers had been growing for a while and we needed the space and equipment to do the work.

Skip 1.5 yrs and we have a recession like 1981. the customers volume has shrunk over 50% but may have started to recover a bit. Not only have I invested a lot of my equity to construct this set up but it took a lot to keep it going for the last 1.5 yrs. My goal now as always is to aggressively pay down the line of credit.

I have been thinking about wanting to have a brand or something that has intrinsic value other than me as a proprietor. Original equipment manufacturers all make products but in some cases the original owner is dead but the company goes on. I fill in with custom made aftermarket parts.

Where does all the financing come from to grow. I have always been self financed but I am getting tired of that and want to start doing some other things besides using my personal money to grow the business so if I get more customers they must either pay COD or I will have to grow slow like I always have.

Unless we can create some other kind of system. I don’t know where to start although I am sure there is a word or term for this and for the type of person and or expertise I am seeking. So you see I don’t need just a web site or a marketing plan, I need a complete business plan and it has to fit. Try sleeping with that elephant.
